Your booked rental time shall include all setup, tear down, and cleaning of the facility.
The building attendant will meet you promptly at the start time of your rental to unlock the facility and will be there for the duration of your rental in case may need assistance. If you plan to arrive later than the start of your rental (8:00 a.m. or 4 p.m.), please call Johnston Parks & Recreation at least 7 days before your rental date to schedule the exact time you plan to arrive.
