Facilities
Morningside Park is a neighborhood park located in the Northglenn Neighborhood offering play equipment, a gazebo, and access to recreational trails. The best way to access the park other than the trail system is to use Northglenn Drive.
In the Fall of 2014, new playground equipment was installed! The park has slides, swings, a climber, and a new interlocking mat. The special mat is maintenance-free and guaranteed to last 25+ years.
Morningside Park is also home to a "Little Free Library", installed as a Girl Scout project by resident Sierra Wicks. A Little Free Library is a small structure with a “take a book, return a book” policy. Little Free Libraries are popping up all over the world to promote literacy and a sense of community.
